  • 10yrs plus experience as an Accounts Administrator
  • Knowledge of using the following systems Excel, Sage 500, Coda, Winaccs, Sun, Chorus, Open Accounts, Contract Master and many more.
  • Able to process high volume timesheets and payroll
  • Can prepare monthly financial reports, coded payables/receivables, Produce Invoices and maintain purchase ledgers.

CANDIDATE A

SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

Kidderminster, Worcester, Wolverhampton/Dudley areas
Expected salary £20 – 22K

  • 5yrs experienced Operational Sales Support Administrator
  • Fluent in Microsoft packages and Excel, Along with Sage and bespoke CRM systems
  • Confident and professional at all times both face to face and via the telephone

HR ADMINISTRATOR

Worcester but would commute into Birmingham

  • HR Administrator with 3 years` experience in post.
  • CIPD level 3 qualified,  Currently studying towards level 5.
  • Able to support and run recruitment campaigns, telephone and face to face interviews and issue interview and offer letters.

Walsall, would commute into Birmingham city centre.

  • Able to work efficiently within multiple legal sectors such as: Criminal, Family, Conveyancing, Asset finance and insolvency, Litigation.
