WORK EXPERIENCE

 

  • Predominantly reactive maintenance on all pie/desert producing plant to include: Depositors, DNA’s, VMI mixers, auto cutter, tray bake portion cutters, conveyors, tape m/c’s, pallet wrappers and printers. Rebuilds to sub-assemblies. Project work as required.
  • PPM and reactive maintenance to tortilla producing lines, including flour silos, mixers and associated systems, dividers ,provers, presses, multivacs, flowraps, box erectors and palletisers whilst complying with food safety regulations . Rebuild of modular conveyors, sub-assemblies, pumps and gearboxes.
  • Automated Distribution Warehouse
  • Ensure strict compliance with the companies H&S policies and statutory obligations, whilst being responsible for all aspects of site automation and building infrastructure – to include: Automatic cranes, high speed garment sorters and parcel sorters, garment transfer systems, conveyor systems (belt & roller), extending booms, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, waste cardboard compactor.

  • Daily reactive maintenance and repair to crisp and snack food producing wrapping and packaging machines , ppm,s on all machines
  • Working on flow wrappers, baggers, weighers, packaging machines etc. Within a team of 20 engineers on a 24 hour shift system.
