Lucy’s new role has been created to help strengthen that structure across the business, with a focus on improving recruitment delivery performance, consultant effectiveness, and operational consistency.
Strengthening recruitment delivery
As Service Delivery Manager, Lucy will support the recruitment delivery teams responsible for fulfilling operational plans across Workforce.
Her role will focus on creating greater consistency across key areas including recruitment delivery, candidate pipeline and engagement, onboarding standards, consultant coaching, and day-to-day activity management.
A key part this will be supporting and developing consultants through regular weekly one-to-one sessions, improved KPI accountability, and hands-on coaching.
By working closely with consultants, Lucy will help teams operate more proactively and consistently, supporting stronger candidate engagement, better delivery performance, and a more joined-up approach across the business.
This is an important step as Workforce continues to grow, helping ensure our teams have the support, structure, and accountability they need to deliver the highest level of service.
Speaking on the promotion, Lucy said:
