Job Description

Job title:              Workshop Administrator

Location:              Redditch

Salary:                 £22,000 – £24,000

Hours:                  Monday to Friday

 

Our client is a leading provider of trailer manufacturing and maintenance services with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They are seeking a Workshop Administrator to join our team and support the efficient operation of our workshop.

Workshop hours are 38.5hrs but part-time hours will be considered

Day to day duties will include the following:

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair appointments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries, providing service quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, service history, and parts inventory, and generate reports as needed.
  • Prepare accurate invoices for services provided and handle customer payments.
  • Monitor the quality of service provided and ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.
  • Front of house reception duties including switchboard.
  • Data inputting to internal systems.
  • Complete timesheets, job cards, reports and payroll reports.
  • Order processing vis SalesNet (Full Training Provided)

As an individual you will need the following:

  • Office administration experience
  • Communication skills
  • IT literate – Microsoft Office Proficient
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in tasks
  • A positive attitude
  • Previous experience working in a vehicle repair workshop or vehicle rental environment is preferred.
