Job Description

Job title:      Sales Executive
Location:     Redditch
Hours:         8.30am-5.30pm
Salary:        £28k-£35k plus commission

Here at Workforce, we require a talented Sales Executive to join our team. Responsible for marketing our tech-led outsourcing solutions, you will be instrumental in our continued growth plans for 2024 and beyond.

Equipped with an amazing product, customer references and a hugely experienced delivery team, your role will be to contact new customers to showcase our solution, with a view of generating new business opportunities.

Reporting to our Senior Management team, your day-to-day role will include:

  • Conducting research to identify new prospects
  • Prospecting target companies
  • Attending new sales meetings
  • Building a strong pipeline of fully qualified opportunities
  • Using various marketing tools to engage prospective clients
  • Updating and utilising our powerful internal CRM
  • Campaign management
  • Engaging with the wider business to discuss all things sales
  • Understanding the Workforce proposition to a subject matter expert level


Ideally, you will have the following:

  • A proven background in B2B sales
  • Experience within the recruitment, HR or tech sector would be advantageous
  • Commercially minded with an excellent attention to detail
  • Superb ability to build rapport quickly, via telephone, digital and face to face engagements
  • A full UK Driving licence
  • A desire to succeed and an obsession about going that extra miles to deliver results
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills and experience of using CRM systems
