Job Description
Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Coventry
Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 Per Annum
Contract: Full time – Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm, Friday 8am to 3:30pm
Our client is looking to recruit for a sales coordinator to support the sales function of their business.
Your day-to-day duties will include the following:
* Assisting in planning and preparing budget sheets
* Maintaining key travel documents
* Updating and maintaining filing systems
* Typing monthly sales reports
* Involved in marketing activities
* Obtaining quotes & raising purchase requisitions
* Liaising with agents and customers
* Providing potential customers with technical advice
* Assist and support the Area Sales Managers with various admin tasks
* Taking minutes in meetings
* Carrying out sales activities in accordance with the company system and quality of procedures
As an individual you will need the following experience:
* Previous sales administration experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong team play and ability to work on your own
* Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload
* Computer literate – Microsoft office packages
* Professional telephone manner
