Job Title:   Purchase Ledger Clerk
Salary:      £25,000 to £28,000
Hours:       8.30am to 17.00pm
Location     West Bromwich

We are excited to be supporting a local family run business who are recruiting for a new member to join their existing finance team. Daily duties to include

• Raising Purchase Orders
• Sending Purchase Orders to Suppliers
• Matching Purchase Orders to Invoices, Delivery Notes and Good Received Notes
• Liaising with Suppliers when discrepancies occur
• Ordering and maintaining the stationery cupboard.
• Ordering and maintaining the tea and coffee supplies
• Maintaining and tracking new supplier forms
• Filing of Purchase Orders with our paperless system.
• Reconciling with Purchase Orders to ensure all invoices are accounted for.
• Any other duties as and when required by the business

Previous skills & experience required:

• Sage & SAP accounting experience preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Able to liaise at all levels
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work under pressure and with accuracy and focus
