Job Description
Job Title: Production Administrator
Location: Rugby
Salary: £23,700 to £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday and Friday 8am to 3:30pm / Tuesday to Thursday 8am to 4pm
Our client is a global leading supplier within their sector and are actively recruiting for a Production Co-ordinator to join their busy team.
For this position you will need experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can demonstrate you administration, communication, and organisation skills.

Your day-to-day duties will include the following:
* Provide admin support to the production manager
* Lead the planning and communication for the production team
* Manage the production KPI communication plan across site for all functions
* Identify trends and use data to deliver KPI opportunities
* Manage and track and monitor materials and supplies for packaging, quality, and engineering
* Liaising with internal teams
* Being a point of contact for production management teams
* Supporting H&S Manager with various administration duties
* Creating purchase orders
* Arranging hospitality, transport, and accommodating as appropriate ensuring communication to all parties
* Always maintaining confidentiality
As a person you will need the following skills & experience:
* Previous PA experience
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
* Effective communication skills
* Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
* Strong abilities for data analysis
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to handle confidential information
* Highly motivated individual
* Ability to work within a fast paced environment
