Job Description
Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Leicester, LE3
Salary: £28,500 to £35,000 per annum – depending on experience
Hours: 8:45am to 5:00pm – Monday to Friday
My client are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who is a passionate and motivated individual to help and support people within the company offering support.

Your day-to-day duties will include the following:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations is up to date during the recruitment process
- Dealing with grievances and disciplinaries
- Providing guidance to managers on internal procedures and documentation
- Monitoring and tracking employee training progress and compliance
As an individual you will need the following skills & experience?
- Level 5 CIPD or equivalent
- proven experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, grievances and disciplinaries
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- The ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Computer literate
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
