HGV Class 1

We are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 driver for a permanent position at our busy client’s chilled distribution site based in Amesbury (Wiltshire).

The role consists of shop work, multi drop (up to 10 – 15 drops per day) and various different routes.

Shift available:

Weekend work (part time) must be available for Saturday work

Pay Rates:

Mon – Fri days: £15.05

Mon – Fri nights: £17.20

Sat days: £16.93

Sat nights: £19.35

Sun days: £22.58

Sun nights: £25.80

30-minute break deducted per shift only!

What we are looking for:

In date DIGI and CPC card
Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual.
Willing to work weekends.
Motivated and open to learn new skills.
Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.

Your role:

Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
Prepping vehicles for delivery.
Completing vehicles checks.
Refuelling vehicles.

The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
