HGV Class 1

HGV Class 1 drivers required for an ongoing part time positions, for our busy chilled distribution site based in Bristol. 

The role consists of refrigerated deliveries to shops and stores, up to 15 drops per day with Tail lift and cages. 

Shifts available:

Weekend (part time) and full time available – must be able to work SAT/SUN

Start times: 02:00 – 05:00

This position is ideal for someone looking for one to a few shifts a week (weekend rates are at an enhanced rate as seen below)

PAY RATES PAYE:

Monday – Friday days: £15.05

Monday – Friday nights: £17.20

Monday – Friday Overtime Days (after 47.5 hrs): £16.93

Monday – Friday Overtime Nights (after 47.5 hrs): £19.35

Saturday days: £16.93

Saturday nights: £19.35

Sunday/Bank holiday days: £22.58

Sunday/Bank holiday nights: £25.80

Day to day duties will include the following:

Driving with-in the WTD and EU regs and rules.Trailer swaps. – Prepping vehicles for delivery.Completing vehicles checks.Refuelling vehicles.Multi drop deliveries. The Candidate:Hold a cat C Licence.Have an in-date CPC and Digi card.No more than 6 points on their licence.Be flexible to the client’s needs.Well Presented and have a good level of English
