HGV class 1

HGV Class 1 day drivers required for ongoing work, for our busy chilled distribution site based in Willenhall.

The role consists of RDCs and NDCs, depot to depot trailer swaps.
 
Shifts available:

5 Shifts over 7, 14:00-17:00 starts.

Weekend shifts will be required.
 
Salary based on PAYE

Monday – Friday – Days (0400 – 1800) – £15.05
Monday – Friday – Nights (1800 – 0400) – £17.20
Monday to Friday- overtime after 47.5 days (0400 – 1800) – £16.93
Monday to Friday- overtime after 47.5 nights (1800 – 0400) – £19.35
Saturday Day (0400 – 1800) – £16.93
Saturday Night (1800 – 0400) – £19.35
Sunday- BH Day (0400 – 1800) – £22.58
Sunday – BH Night (1800 – 0400) – £25.80
 
30-minute break deducted only per shift.

 
Day to day duties will include the following:
 
Driving with-in the WTD and EU regs and rules.
Trailer swaps. – Prepping vehicles for delivery.
Completing vehicles checks.
Refueling vehicles.
Multi drop deliveries.
 
The Candidate:
Hold a cat C+E Licence.
Have an in-date CPC and Digi card.
No more than 6 points on their licence.
Be flexible to the client’s needs.
Well Presented and have a good level of English
