Job Title:             Food production Line Leader

Location:             Redditch

Salary:                £12.30 – £12.90 p/h (after 3 months)

Hours:                 Mon- Fri 6am-3pm

Temp to perm

Previous line leading experience is essential to be considered for the role.

Purpose:  To manage and control the daily running of production lines to the correct speeds/manning’s and maintaining the correct product quality. This role has a responsibility for food safety, health and safety and brand integrity.

To understand the mechanics of the machinery and carry out tool changes and line changes each day

Work to good hygiene and housekeeping practices set out by the company, keeping your work area clean and tidy

Ensure product is of good quality, complete quality checks as you work

 

 

 

Knowledge & experience:

 

Experience in a fast chilled food manufacturing environment (Advantageous)

Must be fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing to fulfil all aspects of role i.e., being able to communicate in the business language (English), complete legal paperwork and understand company policies and procedures
