Job Title: Financial Controller
Location: Redditch
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5pm

The Finance Controller role supporting the finance function of the team, your key day to day tasks will be to oversee the accounting functions, responsible with the transactional and reporting elements of the role
Duties to include
- Preparation of profit and loss accounts and balance sheets
- Preparation of management accounts and KPI’S
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone in a timely manner.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Analysing financial data.
- Monitoring internal controls.
- Overseeing and preparing income statements.
- Participating in budgeting processes.
- Managing financial transactions.
- Streamlining accounting functions and operations.
- Developing plans for financial growth.
- Represent business at Team Meeting.
- Forming / developing good relationships with customers/colleagues/contractors and managers.
- Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone in a timely manner.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Analysing financial data.
- Monitoring internal controls.
- Overseeing and preparing income statements.
