Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working 39 hours per week on rotating shifts:

Mornings
06:00 – 14:00, Monday to Thursday
06:00 – 11:30, on Friday
Afternoons
14:00 – 22:00, Monday to Thursday
11:30 – 17:00, on Friday
Nights
22:00 – 06:00, Monday to Thursday
17:00 – 22:30 on Friday

Salary: £38,533 + OT + Benefits

My client, a market leader in the manufacture of wheels for off-highway and construction vehicles. They have a long history of wheel production at their Cookley site and have a worldwide customer base. They are currently looking to recruit an Apprentice Trained time served Electrical Maintenance Engineer used to working in a heavy steel engineering environment. The role involves work on a wide variety of equipment, including mechanical/hydraulic presses, CNC turning/drilling machines and welding equipment.

The Candidate:
• Ideally you will be apprentice trained or possess the relevant supporting qualifications
• Experience in a heavy engineering environment is strongly preferred
• Experience in maintaining mechanical/hydraulic presses, CNC turning/drilling machines and welding equipment would be advantageous

• Electrical Qualifications (18th/19th Edition & C&G)
