Job Title:            Customer Service Advisor
Location:            Birmingham, B18
Salary:                £22,000-£25,000
Contract:           Permanent

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, highly organised individual to join a long-established family business who specialises in the smelting and refining of precious metals.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls (1st line)
• Provision of quotations
• Order entry
• Major account handling and rep liaison
• Complaint handling
• Order chasing and management of urgent orders
• Calling dormant customers
• Opening new accounts
• Calling established customers through our CRM system to promote our products and services
• Contribute to the day-to-day sales operations

As a person you will need the following qualities & experience:

The successful applicant will have a proven track-record in a similar role, industry experience preferred but not essential, will be highly motivated and will be able to demonstrate the following:
