Job Title: CNC Setters – Milling &/Or Turning
Location: Cradley Heath
Hours: Days based 39 hour week
Pay Rate: £15hr

Our client based in Cradley Heath, would like to recruit an experienced CNC & Machine Shop Setter Operator.

What’s the job?
⦁ Setting-up of CNC milling machines and Lathes for safe operation.
⦁ Occasional Setting-up and safe operation of conventional drilling, milling, turning, threading and other machining processes.
⦁ Checking of components against Engineering Drawings and/or work instructions after machining.
⦁ Undertaking training as required for the role.

Machines on site;
⦁ XYZ Lathes (XYZ Controller)
⦁ Mazak VMC – 4 axis (Mazatrol Controller)
⦁ Leadwell VMC – 4 axis (Mitsubishi Controller)
⦁ Deckel Maho DMC (Heidenhain Controller)
⦁ CAD/CAM applications & software
⦁ Fork Lift Truck Driving
