Job Title: CNC Miller Programmer – Heidenhain

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £15.70 Phr DOE

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8-5 and then 8-12 on Fridays.

overtime available all at x1.5

Job description

The role of CNC Milling, setter operator will include the following duties:

⦁ Programming, Setting & Operating 3 axis milling machines.
⦁ Be able to use basic inspection equipment.
⦁ The ideal candidate will:
⦁ Have proven experience of programming, setting and operating milling machines using Heidenhein controls.
⦁ Be able to demonstrate the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
⦁ Ideally have an engineering apprenticeship however experience is the overriding factor.
⦁ Overtime/additional hours may be required, depending on the work load of the business.
⦁ Be able to work well on there own as well as part of a team.
⦁ Producing high-quality work to fine tolerances.
⦁ Professional and self-motivated attitude.
⦁ Good organisational & time management skills.
