Job Title: CNC Miller Programmer – Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhein

Salary: £18ph DOE,   Annual salary from £36,504 up to £50K with overtime
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8 till 4:15pm – Friday 8am till 1pm
Guaranteed overtime available all at x1.5 OTE

Based in Dukinfield, our client is an experienced dedicated strategic machining company working on key high profile projects within the Aerospace and Defense industries.

Job description

The role of CNC Supervisor, CNC Milling programmer, setter operator will include the following duties:
⦁ Programming, Setting & Operating 4,5 axis milling machines.
⦁ Using Fanuc, Heidenhain or Siemens controls
Be responsible for multiple CNC Machines & machinists
⦁ Supporting with setting and operating when necessary
⦁ Planning and organising work load on the machines
⦁ Support to reduce cycle times where possible
⦁ Ordering new tooling when required
⦁ Ensuring work stations are kept clean and organised

The ideal candidate will:
⦁ Ability to work efficiently and build effective working relationships.
⦁ Experience in a similar CNC role or an operator looking for progression.
⦁ CNC Miller Setter/Operator/ Programmer background.
⦁ Leadership experience of a CNC Team would be highly beneficial.
⦁ Overtime/additional hours will be required, depending on the work load of the business..
