Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Coventry
Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per annum + Uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday

We are in search of a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to join my clients growing sales team. They are looking for someone who has previous experience within a logistics & Frieght environment.

Day to day duties will include the following:

• Generating new business via cold calling, lead generation, and booking customer appointments
• Maintain and develop existing accounts
• Process bookings for customers
• Tendering for new contracts
• Working towards monthly targets
• Attending onsite meetings with clients

As an individual you will need the following experience:

• Proven sales experience working towards targets
• Previous experience working for a freight company
• Strong communication, and relationship building skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Computer literate
