We are seeking an experienced 7.5 tonne driver to work with a busy furniture company based in Wolverhampton.

As a 7.5 tonne Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently from one location to another, this role does involve unloading flat pack furniture so candidate must be physically fit. 

£12.00ph PAYE

Overtime paid after 40 hours- £18.00ph PAYE

Monday to Friday

4/5am starts on a Monday

6/7am starts rest of week

12-week Temp to Perm

46/ 52 hour weeks. 

 
Key Responsibilities:

Operate 7.5 tonne vehicles safely and efficiently

HANDBALL!

delivering to high street retailers and warehouses Nationwide.

Ensure the safe and secure transportation of flat pack furniture

Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time

Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle

Comply with all relevant legislation and company policies 

 
Requirements:

Hold a valid Category C1 Licence, CPC, and Digi Tacho

Have at least 2 years of experience as a 7.5t Driver

Have a good driving record and no criminal convictions (no more than 6 points).

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Be physically fit and able to perform the job duties required

Be willing to work nights out. Can be 2/3 day runs.
