It’s been a busy few months at Workforce, but we have realigned our management team to place a branch manager in each of our centres across the West Midlands. And we are delighted to say that all branch managers were successfully recruited from within Workforce’s existing team.  


Rugby – Holly Diggens

Holly has been with Workforce for more than three years, two of which were as a recruitment consultant. She will now lead a team at our Market Place recruitment centre.


Coventry – Gary Grundy

Gary brings five years’ experience with the company as a consultant, divisional manager and head of manufacturing. One of Gary’s first projects will be to support our move to new offices in New Union Street as part of our plans to expand in Coventry. This will help us to offer more office-based roles.

Worcester – Lucy Cotterill 

Lucy will lead the recruitment and training services provided at our Worcester branch as well as overseeing our new centre in neighbouring Kidderminster.  Lucy has been with Workforce since August 2014, working as a logistics recruitment consultant before rising to senior account manager and deputy branch manager, and then Kidderminster branch manager. 

Redditch – Lina Nareikiene 

Lina has been promoted from divisional manager to Workforce’s Redditch branch manager, overseeing our busy Church Street site. Lina has had an incredible six year journey with Workforce, starting out as a trainee recruitment consultant, through to senior account manager and holding a divisional recruitment role.

Operations Manager – Inna Shipley 

We are delighted to welcome Inna back from maternity leave and in to her new role as operations manager, overseeing all daily branch operations. Inna has been with Workforce since 2011, starting as a front of house resourcer. She has gone on to hold various roles including payroll co-ordinator, account manager and branch manager. 

Workforce director of compliance, quality and training Trudy Harding said: “We have realigned our management team operationally, but also by placing a branch manager in to every centre that will be accountable for delivering on both our promises to our customers and ensuring our standards are exceptionally high.
