Workforce would like to thank our brilliant clients, the local community and our amazing team for their incredible generosity which helped us to raise £686 for Children in Need last Friday and smashing our £500 target.  The five hour televised event raised an impressive £47.9 million in total. It’s the BBC’s official UK charity and raises money for disadvantaged young people around the country.

Here’s a roundup of what our team went through to help children and young people in need:

Ollie Page and Alain Adorisio were very brave when they were waxed by Danielle Groves and Lucy Cotterill over in our Worcester branch.  Ouch!!!!!

Ash over in our Rugby branch was delighted with the £130 raised from the raffle he organised.  Prizes for the winners included Sunday lunch for 2 at the Courthouse, chocolates, Prosecco and hand crafted Christmas boxes!

Tracey Makin & Olivia Hinton from our Redditch branch went out and about collecting from our customers.  A huge £121 raised just from the staff at Blue Earth Foods – thank you for your generosity.

All of our Redditch team did an 8 hour sponsored cycle, raising £250.  A great effort and well worth the sore legs.

Workforce are passionate about doing whatever we can to support great causes and Children in Need does some great work for disadvantaged children in the West Midlands. You can watch some of the stories featured on Friday’s show here.

Thanks once again to our clients, local community and our team for a great day.
