The Group Services team is focused on ensuring we provide our clients with an outstanding service across all our departments and that we deliver excellence in quality and compliance.
Paul is the co-founder and CEO of Workforce and responsible for the Group’s overall strategy and long-term direction. Paul started the business in 2003 with brother Joe and continues to spearhead our growth and transformation into one of the UK’s leading employers, workforce solutions and training experts. Paul has been in the recruitment industry since 1997.
One of the driving forces behind the growth of Workforce, Joe co-founded the firm in 2003 with brother Paul. As Managing Director, Joe is responsible for the daily running of the business and maintaining positive relations with our clients. Joe also leads the development of services we offer businesses in both the temporary and permanent recruitment markets.
CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR
Nicky has over 15 years’ experience in the blue-collar recruitment sector and has led the positive relations with some of our largest-blue chip clients. Previously our regional manager in Warwickshire, Nicky is now Client Services Director leading a variety of new business development initiatives.
BRANCH OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Trudy has been in the recruitment industry since 1993 and has been with Workforce for over eight years. Trudy and her team are responsible for supporting new and existing employees with all HR related issues and personal development – ensuring they follow the correct policies and procedures to maintain our fully compliant track record.
MANAGED SERVICES DIRECTOR
James has 27 years experience in the recruitment industry at Board level, holding key relationships, and developing recruitment strategies with some of the largest businesses in the UK. James heads our Managed Services team in providing bespoke and onsite solutions to our high volume, multi location customers.
OFFICE APPOINTMENTS CHAMPION
Mark has been with Workforce since September 2015. Previously a stakeholder at one of our largest clients, Mark has knowledge and experience of what is required to develop, build and maintain positive working relationships and now heads up our Office Appointments sector.
Amy has been with Workforce for nearly 8 years, progressing from senior consultant, to account manager and branch manager. Amy now leads and manages key accounts with the logistics and food manufacturing sectors, and is responsible for the delivery of excellent service to all these clients.
Dan brings an abundance of both technical and manufacturing industry knowledge having learned the ropes as a Specialist Engineering Consultant. Dan’s experience spans supporting employers within the Aerospace, Automotive and General Manufacturing sectors.
