Jobs created as Rugby recruitment firm reaches milestone

Five new jobs have been created as staff at a Rugby recruitment firm celebrate their third anniversary.

Workforce Staffing says business has been booming and demand for skilled workers in a variety of disciplines has been rising, prompting their expansion in the town where they opened in 2014.

Based in the town’s Market Place, Workforce has welcomed the new employees to their manufacturing, driver recruitment and administration teams.

Branch manager Dean Williams, said: “This is a fantastic way to be celebrating our third anniversary in Rugby, growing our team on the back of a fantastic increase in the number of candidate registrations.

“The branch has continued to go from strength to strength since the summer of 2014, including setting up the Driving division just 12 months ago. We are looking forward to continuing to work with employers and candidates here in Rugby for many more years to come.

The company has placed candidates in a variety of roles since it opened the Rugby office, including in food production, driving, logistics, factory roles and printing jobs.

The branch now employs nine people and has established a strong client base working with some of the area’s top blue chip clients, delivering skilled personnel for short and long-term contracts.
